It is particularly beneficial for practitioners who already possess advanced knowledge and skills in non-surgical skin rejuvenation techniques and wish to progress into injectable aesthetic treatments while maintaining high standards of client safety and professional practice.

Course Content
The qualification will cover the following areas:
Principles and Practice of Administering Botulinum Toxin to the Face and Neck
Learners will develop the knowledge and practical skills required to safely administer botulinum toxin procedures for facial and neck treatment areas.
Professionalism and Ethical Practice in Non-surgical Aesthetic Injectable Procedures
This unit focuses on professional standards, ethical decision-making, client welfare and responsible aesthetic practice.
Anatomy and Physiology for Aesthetic Injectable Procedures
Learners will gain detailed knowledge of facial anatomy, physiology and structures relevant to aesthetic injectable procedures.
Managing Complications, Risks and Sub-optimal Results
Training covers risk management, complication prevention, recognition of adverse events and appropriate response procedures.
Consultation Protocols for Non-surgical Aesthetic Injectable Procedures
This unit develops advanced consultation skills, client assessment procedures, treatment planning and informed consent processes.
Appearance Psychology and Expectation Management
Learners will explore psychological influences, client motivations, realistic outcomes and effective expectation management strategies.
Entry Requirement
Learners must be aged 18 years or over.
Applicants are required to hold a recognised VTCT Skills Level 5 Certificate in Non-surgical Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation or an equivalent qualification.
Learners must also hold a regulated Level 3 Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis qualification.
Duration
This qualification includes approximately 170 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) and 289 Total Qualification Time (TQT).

Qualification Awarded
Upon successful completion, learners will be awarded the:
